For now, I'd say "watch this space" for another couple of weeks. The plan is that the format of the new HIG should make it easier for people to contribute to than was the case with the previous version. So once we're at the point where the format and structure is more or less agreed and we need to start generating real content, I'm sure we'll be looking for more writers and reviewers.
