[Usability] A file information preview system in Nautilus

In Windows and KDE, there are rich tooltips about a file,  and when you selected a file, more detailed information is shown in a sidebar in Windows.

Maybe we can improve nautilus with a tooltip and a enhanced information sidebar?

We can even beat windows by providing a cool multimedia file preview in tooltips or sidebar...
