[Usability] Mailing list question

When I try to reply to something on the list, it replies to the sender
rather than to the list. Shouldn't messages from list members have a
reply-to attribute pointing to the list? Also, replies to messages
from non-members should have both the list and the non-member in the
reply-to attribute.
