[Usability] Desktop application launchers should be modeled after Panel application launchers

The current design of the Add to Panel interface in gnome-panel allows
the user to easily add launchers to their panel by moving through a
list that mirrors their Applications menu, automatically filling in
all the details for them based on their menu selection. Nautilus's
Create Launcher functionality, however, requires the user to fill in
all the details themselves, such as the Name, Command, Comment, and
Icon fields. Only the Command and Name field are required, but without
the others it is a very ugly launcher indeed. In my opinion,
gnome-panel's interface for adding an application launcher to the
panel should be duplicated in Nautilus in order to allow the user an
easier way to create application launchers on their desktop.
