All other menus pop down. It's a funny idea to have
the most important of all pop up. And the bottom left
corner doesn't seem like a logical place to start,
despite Microsoft's placing of the big 'Start' button
there.

In the sense that if one thing must go at the top, and
another at the bottom, then you are forced to have two
