Modern versions of GTK provide functionality which allows applications to
use both the Gnome/Mac OS X style button order we recognise as well as an
alternative button order for KDE/Windows style.

Users should request applications use the recommended button order from
the Gnome Guidelines and to also support the alternative button order.
