There's a bug about this already, but it was marked WONTFIX:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68850

I suppose it might be worth mentioning them in Table 10.13 just in case
a developer decides to use them for something else while a GtkTextView
has focus, but I think the chances of that are pretty slim, to be
honest.
