Hey guys,

actually this whole discussion should not be heading into the direction
of hard-code changing the colors for the panel.
With the experience-gtk-engine as well as the magic-chicken-engine you
can assign transparency and saturation and the such to images. it
therefore should be possible to do this for images within the panel only
(by assigning it only to widgets what are inside the panel).
You therefore might encourage themers to do so, but as a themer, I don't
like the idea of taking away this decision by hard-coding it.
