Well, not entirely... Export normally exports to a non-native file
format (i.e. one that the same application can't open again), whereas
Save a Copy would allow the same native formats as Save As.  The HIG
isn't terribly clear on this point at the moment (but it does at least
suggest Save a Copy, but not Export, as a standard menu item).
