Great! Way to introduce an inconsistent interface into an environment
that is otherwise trying to get sanitized. Does Windows provide its
users with an applet to switch to a global menu structure? Does Apple
provide its users with an applet to switch to a menu per window
structure? Oh, I forget, this is Linux, options galore baby! Lets copy
the flawless global menubar, because we can.
