You clearly went to the trouble of looking it up and probably had the link
right in front of you, but snatched defeat from the jaws of victory by not
helping us by providing the link, forcing me to get off my lazy ass and
look it up for myself!  The tragedy.

It is likely that this was done to give dialogs a consistant look and
leave room for expansion (or consolidating of various types of preferences
in a single dialog).

I think some people have a conflicting opinion and recommend against using
tabs unless absolutely necessary so if anyone else knows anything further
clarification on this would be useful.
