The menu you can have in document windows is a different one!

And I think they did the right thing, in having 'global' stuff 
in the toolbox/main menu, and editing/document specific stuff 
in document window menu. An aspect to mention in the HIG?

Only having 2 different file menus is a bit troublesome, but 
this is because nobody could think of a better name 
(in the end both realy are file menus).
