[Usability] Need a stock design for "Find" dialogs

Hi,

I think the issue of a stock design for Find dialogs has been discussed 
several times before some time ago, but no consensus was reached.

Perhaps it would be good to try to get this sorted now so that apps can 
have ample time to adjust in time for 2.8.
