Certainly need to start collecting all this somewhere, I've only read a
fraction of the mails so far and my head hurts already :) I'd volunteer
but I'm about to disappear on vacation for a couple of weeks so it's
probably better if somebody else takes care of it...
It needn't be an actual matrix, I suspect that might get a bit
unmanageable. The Isaacs & Walendowski book that Havoc and I have been
shamelessly touting suggests a simple list of the tasks broken down into
the four categories (FBM, FBF, OBM and OBF), with each task marked as
"core functionality", "important functionality" or "nice-to-have
functionality". See p127 for an example :)
(Where this is all going, of course, is that the FBM tasks should be
highly visible in the UI and require the fewest clicks/keystrokes,
followed by FBF, OBM, and finally OBF tasks, which would be the most
hidden and require the most clicks/keystrokes).
Cheeri,
Calum.
