That's very welcome, but no IRC access does limit the things you can do of
course... But what needs to be done, IMO, is to

* identify which modules need to be reviewed (esp. new modules in 2.3.x!)
* set up a directory on a webserver with exhaustive screenshots of those
modules
* pick a fixed time (last ui-review was 17:00 CET, iirc) and days where
people will get together on IRC
* make sure from the start that the ui-review teams' suggestions are taken
seriously by the module maintainers. This also means that an ui-review bug
should have possible "release showstopper" status!!
