[Usability] gconf preferences more easily acessable

I made this wish report for gconf-editor, but is more
a change for the entire system.

It's for having some gconf options in advanced tabs in
apps preference windows, like IE does in windows. Or
alternatively, having a link to open gconf-editor with
the options attatched to the app.
