[Usability] Find & Replace: Couple more things to consider

1) cursor position: User is conducting a search, locates desired match.

a) In the case of the modal dialogue, the user either clicks on the text
itself (assuming that is allowed) or clcks on the "close" button or
equivalent. If the click is on the text, then the cursor most likely ends
up at the position of the mouse pointer. But what about the other case,
where the user simply closes the search dialogue?

b) In the case of a non-modal search, like a toolbar, where does the
cursor end up? I don't suppose someone's already created a mock-up of that
proposal, so we all have an image to relate to?
