[Usability] HIG issue: File/Quit or File/Close?

Hey everyone,

I am currently HIG'ing a program [1], and I am wondering which menu item
I should use to leave the application.

Basically I have the choice between File/Quit and File/Close.

This application is SDI.  A screenshot is available here [2].

It seems that a lot of applications are using File/Quit, when Epiphany,
Terminal, Database properties... are using File/Close.

Could you advise me?
