>From the site:

"To make a decision on migration to Linux as a desktop system, a
usability evaluation is essential. However, there is no available and
detailed data on how Linux performs usability-wise.
As a consequence, relevantive AG designed and executed a series of
usability tests that included typical desktop application tasks. The
test persons were presented with individual tests in an adapted Linux
environment, a further control group performed identical tasks on
Windows XP.

The analysis of these tests revealed which usability problems are to be
expected when migrating to Linux, and which measurements and trainings
are necessary to improve the usability, hence the wide acceptance of
Linux as a desktop system."
