Grr. Plain gtk and bonobo should probably be fixed to agree with each
other, if that's actually the case. [Which it may very well be; all the
apps that seem to agree with each other are all bonobo and the only
other non-bonobo-toolbar app I can find, file-roller, doesn't seem to
have the same height either.]
