I would have agreed before I'd used it. As it happens, it only lists the
applications, and doesn't have an "Other..." item. So it's pretty succinct:

  Open Image
  Open Image with >
  Open Image in New Window
  Open Image in New Tab
  Save Image as...
  Use Image as Background
  Copy Image Location

(I would probably remove "Image" from the 'with', 'new window', 'new tab'
'save as...' and 'background' items though, for brevity.)

Anyway, it's a pretty funky addition to a very concise interface.
