[Usability]HIG proposal - "modified" part 2

A subtle point about the Primary Window-> Title displaying the modification 
status of a document.

Suggested insertion to HIG:
"If your application supports undo, and the user undoes all changes, 
returning the document to its state at the last load or save, then the 
document should be treated as unmodified."

gedit doesn't behave this way, if you undo your changes it still thinks of 
the document as "modified".

Probably hard to implement in many apps, though; perhaps reword as an 
"ideal" or "recommendation"?
