Where are the definitions of what a "GNOME-compliant window manager"
must/may do/avoid? It seems to me that this is the sort of thing that
might be encompassed in that. Or maybe not. I'm not feeling too
bright today (as witness the fact I can't find such a document: I'm
nut used to this!)
