[Usability]empty history list in mini-commander

If you click on the history button when the list is empty - nothing
happens.

So the user is not indicated that the list is empty. It would be good to
display a message. This feature was there in the earlier version, I was
wondering why this feature was removed. I think this would help to
improve the usability.
