[Usability]Re: Revisiting the Icon View UI

The snap to grid issue is sort of peripheral to this issue. Though I would 
really like to see it implemented for manual layout and it is an often 
requisted feature. I believe someone or maybe a group of people have begun to 
tackle this bug.
