Seth was going to set up a bugzilla category for changes to the GNOME UI
Guidelines, but I don't think it's there yet-- in the meantime, if you
send a note to hig gnome org it'll get noticed by the right people.
As for the change to stock dialogs, I guess you could file that against
the appropriate libraries with the keyword "Usability", if you're really
keen :o)
