[Usability]Paper on open source software and usability

Hi,

I thought you guys might be interested in this paper. (It is written by
2 people I worked with/for while at Lancaster University, UK.)

I think it would be very useful to get the academic usability community
more involved with free software (so we can get free usability testing!)
