[Usability] Sun usability report : feedback

I meant to post this a while ago-- it's been on the GUP website for a
while, but in case you haven't seen it, here's a summary of all the
feedback that was sent directly to Sun's HCI team about the usability
report we published a few months ago:

As you can see, we got a good response, with respondees including such
usability luminaries as Jef Raskin.  (I can't remember if his comments
made it into this summary or not, though.)  The summary also includes
all the comments we received that describe alternative design
suggestions, whether we agreed with them or not  :o)
