The whole concept of destructive actions are a bit deceptive as
this must be related to the application and the working environment.
For example, it would not be "destructive" to me if a note about
my moms birthday was deleted. If fstab were deleted I would get
into troubles.
Now, default actions are as I see it a real pain. The reason is
textfields in a dialog. Relaying on tab order is very silly as
this makes the user think aboot where he/she is in the tab-sequence.
You could use [Enter] but that don't really solves the problem,
it only moves it to another button.
