I'd have to re-read the usability report to be sure, but I think there's
a danger that the bug report (or at least some of the later comments)
might be addressing the wrong issue here. I don't recall the usability
report suggesting there was anything wrong with having a log-out button
on the panel, just that currently it doesn't look anything like a logout
button, but it does look a lot like the GNOME terminal launcher.
