[Tracker] Making Tracker somewhat work on Ubuntu 18.10

Hello all,

To make Tracker somewhat work on a Ubuntu 18.10 (Cosimo), you currently
need these packages from Disco:

gir1.2-tracker-2.0_2.1.8-1_amd64.deb
libexempi8_2.5.0-2_amd64.deb
libicu63_63.1-6_amd64.deb
libnautilus-extension1a_3.31.90-1ubuntu2_amd64.deb
libtracker-control-2.0-0_2.1.8-1_amd64.deb
libtracker-miner-2.0-0_2.1.8-1_amd64.deb
libtracker-sparql-2.0-0_2.1.8-1_amd64.deb
nautilus_3.31.90-1ubuntu2_amd64.deb
nautilus-data_3.31.90-1ubuntu2_all.deb
tracker_2.1.8-1_amd64.deb
tracker-extract_2.1.6-1_amd64.deb
tracker-miner-fs_2.1.6-1_amd64.deb

After that you can open nautilus, press the search thingy, and do free
text searches on your documents.

Caja (the old nautilus, in GNOME Mate) still has no integration fixes
on Ubuntu (this is being worked on, I believe). I think this got broken
because of GIR bindings being outdated and/or the D-Bus API changed
never got backported.

All this is kinda sad because tracker-needle also no longer exists.

Kind regards,

Philip
