[Tracker] Building tracker without gui and packaging.

Hey there,

I am trying to build samba with spotlight support and package that. therefore I need tracker libs (sparql). I 
do not want to add a whole tracker including a gui and x11 deps...

Thinking of a partly build of tracker:
is there a way to build tracker without the gui? maybe split it into 2 packages. one with the base stuff, the 
rest in a "gui" package.
How would I built tracker then? what would the command args be?
