And I think your account might have been deactivated during the switch to FreeIPA in gnome infrastructures, have a look at https://mail.gnome.org/archives/infrastructure-announce/2014-October/msg00001.html , the "where can I get my first login credentials" has the steps that should work for you to reactivate it. https://wiki.gnome.org/AccountsTeam/NewAccounts further other instructions that might be useful.
