Don't install libtracker-extract system-wide and don't generate any introspection data. This is a follow-up commit to 60fdc9b900ae1c66a65721c8314e8cc3358ca461 With this commit we treat libtracker-extract like libtracker-data or libtracker-common This patch is on top of git master and I'd like to see it applied before 0.18 is released.
