The problem is that I that I think that with the journal disabled, the
ontology change coping code will detect this change and will exit the
tracker-store process instead of continuing.
Good point, the DB version change would avoid that of course, but then
it's not nice being forced to reindex.
We should really do all of this in one go, there are many other ontology
updates we should be putting in place from Nepomuk, would be better to
do all of this in one bulk update to avoid a spread of reindexes.
Adding the migration path work seems like a lot of work.
