[Tracker] New miners binaries for applications and user guides

Hello all,

This is just a heads up that master now has 2 new miners:

1. tracker-miner-apps

   This is used for searching for applications installed, e.g.:

     tracker-search --software
     tracker-search --software-categories
     ...

   It's super quick to index this stuff.


2. tracker-miner-user-guides

   This was used as part of MEEGO. Actually, it's quite useless right
   now, we should probably make this disabled by default.

   However, I realised that it would be quite good if we could index
   content in /usr/share/help. This is exactly what this sort of miner
   is for. Any volunteers? :)


Previously, these were both part of tracker-miner-fs, which made the 
code messy and is not really wanted always (e.g. sometimes embedded 
users don't want to index applications).

SO! I've now moved the code out into separate binaries. All of these are 
under:

  src/miners/*

The default is enabled for both of these miners.
This will show up in tracker 1.2.x some time.
