[Tracker] Patch for systems lacking strnlen()

Hi!

Some systems like Solaris 10 lack strnlen() so Tracker should ideally provide a replacement if needed.

I’ve created a patch which adds the replacement function to 
src/libtracker-common/tracker-os-dependant-unix.c. If that’s ok, please cherry-pick the patch from github:
