[Tracker] Missing nao:Symbol in NAO

Hi,

Matthew (in CC) was asking me why nao:Symbol and its related predicates 
are missing from our NAO version... I don't have a real answer for that, 
would it be simply that we imported it before those were added upstream? 
Matthew would need those to link IM services to their icon (in the N9 it 
was hardcoded in the contacts UI iirc, less than ideal), and they could 
be useful in other cases as well, for example associating an icon to a 
tag etc.

Do you think importing those into our version of NAO would be an issue? 
If not, I could try to cook a patch for that.
