[Tracker] VAPI - Latest API

Hi,

I'm trying to implement a miner for GNOME tracker by using Vala, but im having problem to interface with the current API of TrackerMinerFS class. I saw that the vapi (libtracker-miner/tracker-miner.vapi) file is hand made compatible with tracker 0.11 and i wounder if any have consider to generate a new for the current API? 

Secondly shouldnt the vapi file be generated from the .gir file when building the source insteed?
