The error 1 is not the part that fails. It's the:

libtool: install: error: cannot install `libnautilus-tracker-tags.la' to 
a directory not ending in /usr/lib/nautilus/extensions-3.0/

From a quick Google search, this looks like quite an old issue. Is your 
libtool modern out of interest?

What configure/autogen line did you use?
