You can't. We don't keep an audit of deleted files. The applications 
using Tracker have to keep a note of exiting files themselves and then 
compare with the existing files found for that.

Of course, if you're listening to events from Tracker, you will see the 
deletes in real time as they happen, but there is no journal to know by 
request at any point in time.
