[Tracker] tracker sqlite libicu

Hello,

For internationalization support i must have:

1.sqlite database with libicu extension loaded

2.tracker compiled with proper flags (--with-unicode-support=libicu)

If i have those ..... the tracker schema(from sqlite database) will be FTS tables?

When i do .shema on my database ..those tables seem like regular tables.
