[Tracker] installing tracker deps

Hi,

I have Tracker 0.10.24 installed from the repos and I wonder what is needed
to install 0.13 on top of this ?

is there a script that will build the new dependencies ?
I tried the ./configure as adviced in the wiki, but I get thrown out
one package at a time.
