Yes this is possible.

You can run tracker-store and tracker-miner-fs in gdb or ddd (kill the
processes first using tracker-control -k).

You can run tracker-extract in gdb or ddd by using the args
--disable-shutdown (at the gdb prompt, use set args -d)
