This requires the new GNOME 3 libraries and the fallback GNOME set up 
(i.e. not gnome-shell).

This is a command line tool which used to exist but no longer does. All 
functionality from there is now rolled into tracker-control.

This should tell you what binaries are available in 0.10.x:

  ls /usr/bin/tracker-*

Others are installed in libexec but instantiated via dbus.
