[Tracker] Tracker import/export data

Hello all,
Is there a way to export the tracker data using SPARQL queries (same way as the extractors construct the metadata about files) and import them as INSERT queries on a remote computer having maybe a different version of tracker installed?
(I'm trying to find a way to import/export tracker data from one device to another in a way that it does not depend on the devices or tracker version).
