Hi all,
The docs say it's only for a few xml based formats and image formats
supported with writeback; and the roadmap doesn't cover this off in
much detail.

I ask, because I've just spent the last little while meshing up the
xbmc http api ("show me all the movies + metadata you have") with
tracker entries
- go add a nie:title, plus whatever else is available .

Sadly, despite successfully writing back info to the sparql store
(hurray!), it never gets written back to the file - thus Nautilus'
about / video/audio tab never updates.

So... is anyone working on expanded writeback support at this time,
particular around any of the common video formats?

Hello Daniel,

as far as I know there is know writeback support for videos. We use
taglib to writeback to most audio formats though. I don't know if there
is a sort of taglib for videos, if there is implementing writeback for
video files shouldn't be too hard.

Cheers

Adrien
