[Tracker] using tracker framework for other data

Hi,

I'm a fan of gnome and free software and I follow tracker since long
time. In our company we are building a complex postgres database with
huge quantities of biodata. Those datas are structured by ontologies
(tissue, disease, ...). To retrieve those data, we use the mix of
technologies lucene and hibernate (indexed data and SQL queries) .
With those technologies we have limitations and advantages.

Now we want start a new project that use the SPARQL technology. I'm
wondering if tracker can be used as framework for our ontology. Is it
something crazy or possible in a reasonable amount of time (6 month
for first alpha results)?
