Does this help in suppressing errors on tracker. I couldn't find any field that points explicitly to a tracker function or object.

We don't have one actually. But I have been using a GTK+ suppression file for a while which I've attached here and may help.

NOTE: It might be a bit out of date, i've been using it since Ubuntu Edgy :)
