[Tracker] Dropping the real media / helix extractor

Hi all,

As you may have seen last week, we mentioned on the roadmap we wanted to 
drop the helix extractor. From some testing here, it looks like the 
formats are covered by our gstreamer extractor too.

This was suggested by Michael Ottela. Mr Ottela, can you take a look and 
let me know if you have any problems with the branch too please.

If anyone else has an issue to raise regarding removing this extractor, 
please let us know.
